Tuesday 31st March

Hi everyone, I just thought I'd check in with you all again. I hope you are all doing well. I know this is a really difficult time for you all. It's hard to understand but we all need to follow the guidelines set out for us and we will get through this.
I hope you are all being good for your parents. It's all different and strange for them too. I know from my own house that it hard to be cooped up all the time...but it is hard for mammy or daddy too. So we all have to try hard to be patient with each other.
I'm sure you have all finished the work that was sent home with you already, so I've a few things to add to it to keep you busy.
1st Class
Mental Maths - Week 29
English in Practice - pg 56 and 57
Tables -8
Reading - pg 30 - 32
Spellings - song, junk, count, began, cling, drank, faint, birds, seven, point.
2nd Class
Mental Maths - Week 29
English in Practice - pg 56 and 57
Tables -8
Reading - pg 18-23
Spellings - song, junk, count, began, cling, drank, faint, birds, seven, point, swung, young, shrink, skunk, spent, white.
Communion booklet and learn prayers for First Confessions.

I know that some of you will be wondering about First Communion and all I can say is that I don't know what is happening yet. I'm in the same boat here myself as I have a child for First Communion and a child for Confirmation. We will just have to wait until the government say how long these restrictions will last. As soon as I know what is happening I will let you know. I will post the prayers for Communion up in a few days. For now, be nice to each other, try to get some fresh air and take very good care of yourselves. I miss you all.
Katrina Coyne.

Corpoideachas as Gaeilge!

Ar feadh Seachtain na Gaeilge táimíd ag déanamh iarracht mór a bheith ag caint as Gaeilge timpeall an scoil.
Táimid ag imirt cluichí sa cleacht corpoideachas le Rang a 3 is a 4 agus tá orainn focail Gaeilge a úsáid sna cluichí sin!
Bíonn an-craic againn amuigh ar an clós
